+JMJ+ When the opportunity to spend a few minutes with the Lord in Adoration, you should take it. Sure, making a full holy hour is great but if you only have 5 minutes, take it. Go spend it sitting or kneeling in the physical presence of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist. Many US diocese are blessed to have one or more than one parish offering perpetual adoration.
