<p>Nigerian celebrity chef Hilda Bassey has reacted as an Irish chef based in Japan, Alan Fisher, broke two Guinness World Records for the longest cooking marathon by an individual.</p>, <p>DAILY POST had reported that Alan Fisher, an Irish restaurant owner and chef based in Japan, on Records relating to cooking marathons.</p>, <p>Fisher cooked continuously for 119 hours 57 minutes, surpassing the previous record of 93 hours 11 minutes set by Nigerian chef Hilda Baci earlier this year.</p>, <p>He also broke the record for the longest baking marathon, baking for 47 hours and 21 minutes, beating the prior record of 31 hours and 16 minutes.</p>, <p>Reacting, Hilda Baci, on her X page, congratulated him.</p>, <p>She wrote, ”Huge congratulations to Alan Fisher! 119hrs 57mins is a huge achievement, and I wish him all the best as the new world record holder.”</p>
