<p>Meditation has so many benefits. It is an excellent tool to deal with stress and anxiety, meditation is something I've been practicing more and more lately and have seen such a positive result in my mental health. If it's something you've been considering trying then this episode is for you.</p> <p>In this episode I discuss:</p> <ul> <li>All the benefits or meditation like, increased focus, reducing blood pressure, and regulating emotions</li> <li>How meditation has improved my faith by using meditation to listen to God and make prayer a two-way conversation</li> <li>10 minute guided meditation</li> </ul> <p>Getting into meditation can be difficult because intrusive thoughts may pop up. I highly recommend getting a journal and writing down anything that comes up for you. Keep practicing it gets easier, it's a mental toughness practice so just keep at it.
