Growing Up In Today's Society

<p>We complain about long movies. &nbsp;We complain about television shows that post only once a week. &nbsp;We complain about long work days and never getting enough sleep. &nbsp;Why are food and gas prices so high and our nations leaders act as if they truly don't care? &nbsp;I spoke with a friend yesterday about writing out what you are grateful for. &nbsp;He does it every night before bed. &nbsp;No! &nbsp;The multiple layers of moods and mindsets we wade through happen all day long! &nbsp;When an unexpected low hits your heart locate gratefulness. &nbsp;Tame the beast. &nbsp;Nothing weakens my soul quicker than someone saying, "I've got nothing to be happy about." &nbsp;Really? &nbsp;Have you stepped into the headlines lately? &nbsp;There's a metal plant in Ukraine that's been bombed seven days straight. &nbsp;How lucky and grateful are you that life doesn't have you planted in that soil? &nbsp;Let us all unite as a generation of peace and awareness. &nbsp;Be grateful. &nbsp;</p> --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/arroe-collins/message
