Grief is a Tricky little BIG thing...

I started this episode in May 2023 as a way to process my grief over my mother's death at the same time I celebrated my 46th birthday. Turns out it wasn't as simple as that, and there is so much more to grieve than just her. I ended the episode with my personal prayer song gifted to me by my spirit guides and grandmothers... because when we need help, we ask for it... and because we cannot live life always grieving.
