<p>Greg Ford is the founder of iconic Queensland business, Trade Tools.</p> <p>Established in the 1980's and now with a network of almost 20 stores, more than 270 staff and turning over more than 200 million a year. This is a great story about a family business that went in total contrast to most of its competitors and placed a focus on its staff and its customers.</p> <p>It shows that its still possible to build a business on old fashioned values, rather than partake in the race to the bottom of the price wars. </p> <p>Trade Tools still manufactures part of its range of tools in Australia and has plans of opening even more stores along the east coast. </p> <p>This is Greg's story, his thoughts and the origin of Trade Tools. </p>
