Write down at least three things you are grateful for each day.</p> <p>Start each day with a few moments of gratitude. Take a few deep breaths and think about everything you are grateful for.</p> <p>End each day with a few moments of gratitude. Reflect on the good things that happened that day and be thankful for them.</p> <p>Express your gratitude to others. Let the people in your life know how much you appreciate them.</p> <p>Do something kind for someone else.
