Gram Cafe & Pancakes

Where souffles meet pancakes. Founded by Takeshi Takata, Gram Cafe and Pancakes opened its first store dedicated to sky-high soufflé pancakes in Osaka back in 2014. Since then Gram Café has received what can only be described as a cult following and in February of this year opened their first Australian establishment in Chatswood.
