Gospel of Mark - Mark 1:1 - Overview & Introduction - Prog 01

Welcome once again to the Unchanging Word Bible Broadcast as Dr. Mitchell begins a study in the Gospel of Mark. The Gospel of Mark is the 2nd book of the New Testament. In this lesson Dr. Mitchell will be giving us an introduction from four O.T. scriptures which reveal the person of Christ in each one of the N.T. Gospels. Then we find there are other O.T. scriptures which speak of the work of Christ on the cross, such as Isaiah 53 and Ps.22 and His resurrection in Ps.16. Dr. Mitchell gives us the perspective of how the Lord Jesus fulfilled other Old Testament sacrifices which God used to picture the then coming Messiah. Let’s open our Bible to the Gospel of Mark as Dr. Mitchell shares with us this beginning overview of the Gospels.
