The resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ is the foundation of the Christian faith. The resurrection of Jesus in the same though glorified body is God’s proof to you and me that He is perfectly satisfied with the finished work of Christ. As Dr. Mitchell states, God’s righteousness has been wholly vindicated and God is now free to save anyone. Because of this, there is now no longer a barrier between God and man. Man can now be saved through faith in the risen Son of God, Jesus Christ. You are now free to believe in Him, if you will.
