Gospel of John 17:13-16 - Jesus prays the Father would keep them from the evil one because they are not of the world - Prog 85

<p>Here on the Unchanging Word bible study, our teacher, Dr. John G. Mitchell is walking us through the Gospel of John. <br> Here in chapter 17, he will be speaking on verses 13 the 16.</p> <p>Jesus is continuing to pray for His disciples. <br> Jesus had given them God's word and the world has hated them. <br> He prayed that the Father would not take them out of the world right then, <br> but that He would keep them from the evil one.</p> <p>Dr. Mitchell points out that the word "world" is mentioned some 19 times in this chapter. <br> The world is a system.
