Gospel of John 12:31-40 - Jesus speaks of His being lifted up on the cross - Prog 55

<p>Welcome to the Unchanging Word Bible study! <br> We are in John 12:31-40. <br> <br> In our passage today, Jesus speaks of the fact that the ruler of this world <br> would be cast out because of the judgment that was upon the world. <br> This would be accomplished by His being lifted up from the earth.</p> <p>Also He said, if I be lifted up, meaning on the cross, I will draw all men to Myself. <br> It is quite evident that our Lord is clearly seen by all who look to Him.</p> <p>As we continue, we see that many did not believe in the Messiah <br> in order that the Word of Isaiah might be fulfilled.</p> <p>Here once again, unbelievers fulfill the Word of God that was prophesied. <br> The prophecies of the Word of God will be fulfilled in the future even as they were in the past.</p> <p>Open your Bible to John 12:31 with Dr. Mitchell.</p> --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/unchanging-word/message
