Good News for the Indian Child Welfare Act

<p>The Supreme Court released its opinion in <a href="https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/22pdf/21-376_7l48.pdf" target="_blank"><i>Haaland</i> vs. <i>Brackeen</i></a>, a case that challenged the constitutionality of the Indian Child Welfare Act.
