GOD’S PROPHETIC TIME AND JESUS’S RETURN

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">We live our lives according to chronological time.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> Our age is counted in birthday time.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> Our most precious memories in anniversary time.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> Everyday our schedules are set by time.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> We treasure our time together.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> We lament our hard times.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> When I was a kid I anxiously awaited the arrival of my cousins at Christmas time.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> I wished time would go faster.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> On my honeymoon I hoped time to stand still.</span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">God’s gift to us is time. <span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> The sun and moon were placed in orbit for us to measure solar and lunar years. He gave us the seasons of the year to measure on how we are to plan our lives. Time is our friend, but sometimes we feel enslaved to time by payments we owe or in the toil of our work schedules.</span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">However, there is a time that transcends our physical measure of time.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> God’s time determines our history and destiny.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> The Greeks called kairos God’s time and kronos humanity’s time.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> Our Creator uses kairos to set in motion the salvation of our souls.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> Galatians 4:4-5, “But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law,</span> <span class= "s2">⁵</span> <span class="s1">to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.”</span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">When God’s time enters our time prophetic words are fulfilled.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"
