<p><strong>SERMON OUTLINE (21/08/22)</strong></p> <p><strong>God rules P2: Daniel 1: 1-21</strong></p> <p>1. <strong>The Introduction:</strong> Do we believe that God rules in all circumstances?</p> <p>1.1 <strong>Big Idea:</strong> To look at two evidences of God’s rule in the world from Daniel ch1 vv1-21 to encourage us to trust in God (1-21)</p> <p>2. The first evidence is: God gave Jerusalem to King Nebuchadnezzar (1-7)</p> <p>3. The second evidence is: God gave favour to Daniel and his friends (8-21)</p> <p>4. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> the exhortation: These two evidences of God’s rule in the world from Daniel ch1 vv1-21 to encourage us to trust in God – will we (1-21)</p> <p><strong>Reflection:</strong> Do you believe that God rules in all circumstances? The first evidence to show us that God rules by giving Jerusalem to King Nebuchadnezzar – do you believe this?
