Getting Back on the Horse

<p>Starting is one thing, restarting is another. In this episode, I talk about getting back on track and explain last year's hiatus. I mean, it was the start of the pandemic so disruption was a given, but I really appreciate you listening so I wanted to give a bit more insight into why you stopped hearing from me for so long. And what better way than to link it to the process of getting back on our feet when we find ourselves not doing the things we know we should. We've all experienced something like it; odds are we'll be in this situation many times in life, so it's important to know how to get back into the swing of things. </p><br><p>This is my first solo episode, so let me know what you think!
