Gauteng Arts and Culture refutes corruption claims

The Gauteng Department of Sports, Arts, Culture and Recreation has refuted claims of corruption levelled against MEC Mbali Hlope. City Press is reporting that Hlophe has been accused of turning a blind eye to corruption playing out under her nose.
