Gary M - A GRATEFUL Alcoholic - Meeting 177

<p>Gary was born and raised on Long Island and struggled with alcoholism since his early teens which took him to places he never wants to go again. Arrested at 16 for assaulting a police officer, multiple arrests over the following several years, was few blocks north of the WTC on 9/11, AWOL from his first real job on Wall Street in 2002, rebab and back out and until he was given the gift of sobriety. Determined to break free from the cycle of self-destruction, he embarked on a remarkable journey of recovery.<br/> Today, Gary is an active and grateful member of Alcoholics Anonymous in New York, married to the love of his life and father of two amazing children of which he owes all to his sobriety.
