<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lucy Fleming is the founder of the Chicken Little Method and Brine & Dandy Catering. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Having worked in the hospitality industry her whole life, Lucy started her own catering company in order to prove her doubters wrong after developing an illness (fibromyalgia) and being told her condition meant she was no longer suitable for the industry. Before long, she had turned her dream for Brine & Dandy Catering into a profitable reality. </span><span style= "font-weight: 400;">Lucy was eventually diagnosed with ADHD after struggling from burnout, she had been living with a difficulty to focus her whole life. Nonetheless, Lucy turned her life around after overcoming fibromyalgia and embracing her ADHD to develop her mindset and realise that the sky wasn’t falling after all. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lucy is obsessed with helping people with huge ambition but feel stressed trying to ‘do it all’, go from the sky is falling, to THE SKY IS THE LIMIT.
