From the Corporate World to the World you want with Alex Brueckmann

<p>In today’s episode, Jeff begins a series of shows exploring people who have created businesses based on their skills. In this show, Jeff interviews Alex Brueckmann in Canada. </p> <p>Alex and Jeff discuss:</p> <ol><li style="font-weight:400;">Alex grew up in a rural area in Germany.</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">His first career as a radio journalist was dear to his heart. </li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Music was his love; radio and being a semi-professional DJ were the vehicles to get him closer to it. </li> <li style="font-weight:400;">The media industry went under heavy pressure in the early 2000's and he found himself unemployed.</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">He went to school and studied business/economics. Then started his second career in business with a Media organization in management. </li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Working in management taught him a lot but his passion was to create workplaces and business strategies that are people centered. </li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Years later Alex realized that there might be a business in creating strategies that are people centered and switched from corporate to consulting. </li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Shortly after becoming a consultant, Alex (and friend) was running a small business that grew over time.</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">After his move to Canada, he started another business which is growing.</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Typical client is a small business owner who wants growth and new ideas so they can make a leap in their business(s).</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">He could be seen as a strategy coach, however he gives people hope and optimism to help them fall back in love with their business. </li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Strategy maps and visualization are used to define what a business wants to build and how to get there. </li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Two books in the making; September/October a multi-Author book will come out and the second book will come out next year in 2023. </li> </ol>
