From One Heartfelt Mission To Growing A NonProfit Organization with Poonam Rahman

But what if your mission suddenly grew into an international nonprofit to help reach and serve people in underserved communities. In today’s episode I’m joined by, Poonam Rahman she is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of two international nonprofit organizations designed to provide free resources to underprivileged communities. Observing the lack of access to mental health and S.T.E.A.M. resources within her community, she felt propelled to create organizations to lower the barrier to such vital resources needed to succeed. She has also written a book called "Shattering Bias in S.T.E.A.M." which focuses on bridging gender gaps within the field of S.T.E.A.M. and creating a more inclusive work environment for womxn.
