Prior to that he was the director of corporate responsibility for the John Lewis Partnership, and worked as deputy private secretary to The Prince of Wales.<br> <br> Ed Gillespie is a facilitator for the <a href="https://www.forward.institute/faculty-facilitators-associates">Forward Institute</a> and co-founder of the sustainability agency, Futerra.
