From Fear to Light

<p>In this episode, I’m sharing my soul journey from expansion to contraction, and into expansion again as I struggled emotionally about whether or not to share my truth in <a href="https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/sovereignty-or-this/id1397044270?i=1000541092819" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><em>Episode 139: Sovereignty or THIS</em></a>. The back and forth had me feeling hysterical levels of fear- but the thing I know to be true about fear is that it is the catalyst for growth. So with that in mind, I let it rip.&nbsp;</p><br><p>If we're willing to face the potential backlash and all of those fears about being judged, ridiculed, unfollowed, unfriended, or disconnected from others, it’s a recognition that fallouts can happen. Dynamics are changing as we exit the old paradigm. This is the Grand Ascension - an invitation into the true expansiveness of our consciousness.
