Free From Shame

Shame is not really all about a physical condition but a perception It’s not really only condition that really matters but our perception of it. It’s how we see it that determines whether it’s shameful or not You can be in a condition and consider it shameful and another person can be in the same condition and they don’t consider it shameful, its all a matter of perception We have the power to determine our perspective in every situation We have the power to disempower others from defining our situation for us People have no power over us except the one we give them Things have no power over us except the one we give them You have been set free from shame You don’t have to be ashamed anymore
