Frank Portinari (British Ulster Alliance Flute Band)

<p>Frank Portinari is well know in regards to politics and in regard to some of the activities he had got involved in during the troubles, but what most people wouldn't know is that Frank is an active member of a flute band, the British Ulster Alliance.</p><p>Frank was a founding member of the band and has aligned some of the political aspects of the BUA with the formation of the band.
