<p>Chef Filipa Ferreira from Escolas Do Turismo De Portugal shows us how to make a Francesinha, or Portuguese Croque Monsieur. Francesinha, means “little Frenchie” in Portuguese, and is a sandwich filled with ham, sausage, and steak.
