Four Words That Will Change You

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Recently, my husband and I spent a weekend away from each other. He went to Chicago to spend time with his younger sister, and I stayed home with Matteo and our three dogs. My husband and I don’t always share the same interests. For instance, Football is something he loves, and I don’t. And that’s one of the things I love about our marriage, having our own differences and interests. These are opportunities for us to do things apart, to be our own self. Then come back feeling recharged. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">During this time, I was able to spend some quality time with my son. We did some fun activities, had takeaways, spent a day at the farm, and just really enjoyed our time together. At the end of the day, I texted my husband to tell him I miss him, and moments like this are so important.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In this episode, I’d like to share the four words that have literally shifted and changed my life. These four words have changed the way I present myself to myself and to the world.
