Founder and CEO of Chernobyl Children International Adi Roche joins Fran on Tipp Today

Last week Chernobyl Children International supported a team of surgeons to enter Ukraine to carry out cardiac surgery on young children - and newborn babies as the war raged around them. Fran was joined by Adi this morning.
