<p><strong>Foster Care Advocate Jen Lilley in Washington, DC</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jen Lilley is an actress known for her roles on Days of our Lives, General Hospital, and numerous roles as a leading lady on the Hallmark Channel and The Lifetime Channel. She is less well known as the daughter of a Judge and the leader of a women and children’s facility.
