The former CEO of PepsiCo, Indra Nooyi was one of the only women, and women of colour, leading a Fortune 500 company. She discusses the challenges facing female leaders and whether women can "have it all". With Freshers' Week upon us Sarah Cavendish, Head of Student Services at the University of Leicester, discusses the legacy of Dr Mary Swainson, a mental-health pioneer whose work formed the basis of student counselling as we know it, and how the service has transformed today.
