<p>Welcome to the Marketplace Ministry Podcast. We designed this show for small, local business owners with up to 20 employees. In this episode, we introduce ourselves by sharing the stories of our business experience. From starting up a business to transitioning back into the workforce and becoming an entrepreneur again in response to COVID-19, we have run the gamut in our careers. We exist to bring encouragement to entrepreneurs who have businesses that the pandemic has ravaged. We want to help you get over the pandemic and get back on the winning track. But that means you’re going to have to get comfortable being uncomfortable. What are the challenges of being the chief everything officer of your own business? We all start from a place of inexperience. We must trust God to help us in our business. We discuss why receiving correction is an integral part of the process, even though it can be uncomfortable. There’s no shame in getting a job if you’ve run a business as an entrepreneur and your business failed. The skills you’ve learned as an entrepreneur are an asset in the marketplace.
