As well as Michigan has done to flatten the curve of COVID-19 cases, the state is seeing an uptick in the numbers. Governor Gretchen Whitmer is deciding whether she will indeed move the entire state to Phase 5 by July 4 as she had hoped. 9&10's Eric Lloyd asked the governor about that and more on Wednesday, June 24.
