Foccacia-a delicious Italian bread that can be used as a side to many entrees, a solid base for pizza or as a sandwich bread.

<p>For two 8 inch round loaves. &nbsp;</p> <p>4 cups of white bread flour</p> <p>1/4 cup of olive oil</p> <p>1 1/2 cups of warm water</p> <p>1T of sugar</p> <p>1T of powdered garlic</p> <p>1T of salt</p> <p>1 tsp of black pepper</p> <p>2 packages or 1 3/4 T of active dry yeast</p> <p>Optional seasoning as discussed to include in the dough of basil, thyme, oregano, rosemary.</p> <p>Optional toppings before baking:</p> <p>1. Foccacia flowers, pick three colors from-fresh spinach, carrots, zucchini, basil, red/green peppers, cilantro, kale, broccoli, onions, tomatoes, olives and any other vegetables in your refrigerator or better yet, your garden; &nbsp;</p> <p>2. Pesto with feta cheese or parmesan cheese;</p> <p>3. Simply brush with just olive oil and sprinkled rosemary;</p> <p>4. Pizza toppings of your favorites.&nbsp;</p> <p>Bake at 425 degree oven for 20 minutes. &nbsp;If loaves are not done yet, then reduce oven to 350 until the bread temp is 190. &nbsp;</p> <p>Thank you for listening!
