Flipping the Script - Blame/Ownership

<p>It is so easy for us to blame others for the decisions that we made. When things go wrong we never want to take ownership for our bad decisions. This because it so easy for us to point fingers and place the blame on some one else when we should be an adult about it and take ownership.
