Fleeing Killaboi arrested in Sierra Leone over murder of girlfriend in Lagos

<p>The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, has confirmed that Benjamin Nnanyereugo aka Killahboi, has been arrested in Sierra Leone by the Police.</p>, <p>Killahboi reportedly fled Nigeria after he was declared wanted for allegedly killing his girlfriend, Augusta Osedion, in Lagos.</p>, <p>Hundeyin, in a statement on Saturday, said efforts are being made to extradite the suspect back to Nigeria.</p>, <p>Killaboi was declared wanted on October 11 by the Lagos Police Command over Augusta’s death</p>, <p>In an earlier statement, Hundeyin said Killaboi was suspected to have murdered the 21-year-old lady on July 13, 2023, in his home at Oral Estate in the Ajah area of the state.</p>, <p>Parts of the statement read, “Following the exhaustion of all available options to bring him in, he is declared wanted.</p>, <p>“The suspect is 26 years old, approximately 5’9 ft tall and hails from Abia State. He is dark in complexion and speaks English, Igbo and pidgin English fluently.</p>, <p>“If seen, please contact the nearest police station or call 0803 688 5727.”</p>
