Five Reasons You Cannot Afford to Get Sick

<p>In this episode, I speak on reasons why we cannot afford to get sick, especially in this day and age. The coronavirus situation has been a reminder for this topic as well, being that so many people are concerned more and more about their health and the economy. However, finances is only one reason I mentioned. Tune in to listen to other reasons why we cannot afford to get sick!&nbsp;</p> <p>You will also be able to hear my testimony with health and how even when we are not feeling well, we can still overcome and accomplish things.</p> <p><em><strong>Side note</strong></em>: Getting sick is something that most people will go through a few times in their lives, even if they live a healthy lifestyle. This episode is not to say that we will never get sick and that if we do, we must have done something wrong each time. There will be instances that people will unfortunately get sick no matter how diligent they are with their health. However, the goal is for us to minimize how often we get sick, be less dependent on the medical system, improve how well our bodies can bounce back and also prevent sickness ahead of time. Diet will be one of the major ways, with the support of other factors such as alternative remedies, physical activity, fresh air, sun, improving mental/emotional health and more.
