First Footage: PROBLEM SOLVING - an important lesson for ARTISTS or anyone who wants to learn POISE

<p>The first one is always the hardest</p> <p>Hi Everyone. This FIRST FOOTAGE is my first podcast episode. It's my first upload. I can't wait for the real stuff! My first full-length feature episode will be a discussion with the illustrator/graphic designer that made my colour scheme for my website, glennfriel.com. It's awesome; I love abstract art; and, I love my g-logo. Her name is Tara, and we'll get into-it when she becomes the first established-artist on my new show.&nbsp;</p> <p>But this one... this is development! These students are amazing. They just graduated from high school, and all of them are headed into programs after the summer. It gives me a big boost seeing these students learn about problem-solving so quickly. This will serve them well in their upcoming careers in the digital arts. Thank you Ewan, Jerramy, Marcus and Cole for playing a major role in the development of my audio products! &nbsp;</p> <p>I also want to thank Oliva and Ryan. They're two more students at CIOE (the voice of east coast music - available wherever you get radio online - or at communityradio.ca) this summer. They help me quite a bit behind the scenes - and, they're mention in this description is well-deserved! &nbsp;On that note: what you're seeing here is the REAL development of this podcast.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a huge turning-point in my career as a digital artist: I'll have a podcast, YouTube channel, written-pieces on my website, and I'm chipping-away at my first audio book. I'm also starting to establish the consulting portion of my new career; but, more on that later when I've had the right amount of time to make some decisions.&nbsp;</p> <p>But that's not important right now. What's important is just how awesome these students are. I see big things in their future - and I have no reason to exaggerate. They're doing their work! It's obvious, and it's my good fortune to have another few weeks of their summer job program so that we can learn from each other. AND, they've got their own show coming up: check that out SO
