First Footage 2/3: "Breaking Barriers" - I use GRATITUDE... but whatever you use is fine, as long as it's good

<p>"Asking for the sale" is something a lot of artists (and a ton of people) struggle with; I'm no exception</p> <p>This "First Footage" 3-part series was designed in such a way because it's going to be one of the shows at a community radio organization based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. They're called CIOE - The Voice of East Coast Music, and they're available online. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>This one was tough for me to make. It was a huge barrier, and I'm not afraid to admit that I struggled with it. I had to do it sometime, and these students gave me the positivity and inspiration - just by being there with me. I had to "ask for the sale." &nbsp;It's something a lot of artists struggle with, and I'm no exception.&nbsp;</p> <p>I'll let the piece do the talking, but the short version is... As an artist, entrepreneur, business owner, or anything else like that, you need to ask for the sale. That means, if you don't ask for the sale, then you won't make the sale. In my case, I have some revenue-streams in development; but, they're going to take time. I put lots of things in place to be prepared, and I knew exactly what I was getting into. It takes guts! But, that doesn't make it easy. &nbsp;Anyways, in this video: I did it! I faced my fear, and I got through it. How I work is that I'll now need to repay the Universe for giving me the courage to do what I thought I couldn't. I'll do that by giving.
