Finding a second life for a shuttered state prison

Jan. 6, 2023 - Many of the upstate prison facilities that have closed in recent years have not had much luck finding a second act, but a coalition of business, civic and environmental leaders are hoping an unhappy ending won't be in store for Moriah Shock Incarceration Facility in the Adirondacks.
