<p>On today's episode of Felony Friday Maj Toure joins John to discuss his bid to win a seat on the Philadelphia City Council. </p> <p>Maj Toure is a hip hop artist turned activist. He is the founder of Black Guns Matter. A group that educates people in urban communities on their 2nd amendment rights and responsibilities through firearms training and education. He recently announced that he is running, as a Libertarian, for an At-large seat on the Philadelphia City Council.</p> <p>This is Maj's third time on the show.
