Federal Judge Declares DACA Program Unlawful

FAIR's Dave Ray joins WFSX-AM's Drew Steele (Fort Meyers, FL) to examine Federal Judge Andrew Hanen's recent ruling on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. Judge Hanen ruled that the program was unlawful and violated the Administrative Procedures Act (APA).
