<p><em><strong>TwoSistas</strong></em> and it’s FantabulousFriday, September 9, 2022, &nbsp;still Summer time which officially ends on September 22nd although waking up this morning in New England with a temperature of 57 degrees, the Fall weather is starting early.</p> <p>Part of why we both love FantabulousFriday is that it’s a celebration of all that we have accomplished. &nbsp;We think that all too often, we overlook and focus on what we did not complete so we don’t take that opportunity to renegotiate our “task” list. &nbsp;It’s not about just creating a “list” - yes; of course that’s important! &nbsp;We like to tackle the “list” into smaller bite size portions.</p> <p>In other words, on a sheet of paper, create a list of everything you want to accomplish, goals, tasks, whatever it may be for you. &nbsp;Once you are done with that list, go through it again - you may look at your list and think, okay, I have a lot to do today but your list may be unrealistic to obviously complete everything. &nbsp;This is where you ingenuity comes in!</p> <p>Take a 2nd sheet of paper and focus on your non-negotiables; for example, your self-care each morning (movement, journaling, reading). &nbsp;Typically we have 2 - 4 things that are just that - non-negotiable. &nbsp;Those “nons” you know are going to be performed each and every day. &nbsp;If you are starting your Fall cleaning, say a closet, break it down (give yourself 2 - 3 days to complete.)</p> <p>It’s about your mindset, changing your perception of time to work for you vs the other way around. &nbsp;You will complete your goals and tasks that much quicker and feel accomplished! &nbsp;That’s what it’s all about!!</p> <p>We hope you have an amazing FantabulousFriday! &nbsp;Let us know how we can help you narrow down your To-Do List - we are not experts but certainly experts at what we know and would love to coach you on what has worked for us! &nbsp;&nbsp;What did you think of today’s podcast? &nbsp;We would love to hear from you - Share it with us! &nbsp;Go to our webs
