Family Carer's Ireland Launch 'Heart Of Gold' Fundraising Campaign

Clare people are being urged to play their part in raising vital funds, awareness, and appreciation for family carers. The MidWest branch of Family Carers Ireland has launched its 'Heart Of Gold' campaign, which aims to bolster critical programs and services, but to also raise awareness about challenges faced by family carers. The money raised will be utilised to sustain the provision of essential and complimentary services that family carers rely on to care for their loved ones safely, including the National Freephone Careline, counselling, and respite services. Regional Support Manager West of Community, Victoria Ward says the funds will ensure the continued provision of an essential family service.
