Fall Journal: Incorporating environmental sustainability in US nutrition policy: an update

<p>It has been over 3 years since SNEB took the position to support inclusion of environmental sustainability in dietary guidance. This seminar reviews the public response to this issue and examines the latest scientific research on the connection between diet and environmental impacts. New developments in the policy arena are also explored.</p>
