Description
Fairy Creek series / Part 7 Wa-Ya is a white 24-year-old supporter who spent six months at the Fairy Creek blockade in the Summer of 2021. He was doing his best to integrate into the community but realized that building good working relationships with BIPOC people can be challenging even for a gentle and soft-spoken person like him. Together we explore the underlying reasons he avoided talking to BIPOC people, his fear of being called racist, and his profound sense of guilt.
