<p>This is the first episode of a two-part podcast on the theme of Failing Intelligently, presented by Caris Grimes, Colorectal and General Surgeon and Ginny Bowbrick, Vascular Surgeon, both at Medway Hospital in Kent. In this episode, Caris and Ginny will discuss resilience in the face of adverse outcomes, as well as the difference between failing well and failing badly.
