Facing My Biggest Fear & Admitting I Have PTSD

<p><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">"I've had a revelation over the last few days and I was really kind of scared to share this with everyone. I'm very transparent. I'm very, I guess, raw. So being the person (that) I am, I want to share my story and I just want to help someone out there."  </span></em></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In this episode of the Fierce as F*ck Podcast, I will talk about a topic that is really personal, something that I consider to be really close to my heart. Admittedly, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a really sensitive topic but I feel like maybe someone out there needs to hear about this.
