Ezekiel 11:14-25 - The New Covenant is Promised and the Glory of God Leaves Jerusalem

<p>In Ezekiel 11:14-25, there is no longer just a simple glimmer of hope. Ezekiel’s vision ends with not just a simple taste of hope, but a full meal. Hope for the exiles is promised in this passage. God will be their sanctuary in the exile. He will bring them back into the land. He will give them the promise of a new heart and a new spirit. The promise of the New Covenant is here and it rests in the exiles! In Ezekiel 11:14-21, promises to the exiles fill the text. In Ezekiel 11:22-25, the glory of God leaves Jerusalem entirely. </p>
