Eye See You (2002) - A Sylvester Stallone thriller you've likely never heard of before

Agent Jake Malloy is suffering from addiction, after a tragic personal loss caused by the criminal he was tracking killing his fiance. The criminal in question died in the standoff, but afterwards Jake fell into a spiral. His friend sends him to a rehab facility for law enforcement officers, but while he's there the facility is cut off from the outside world due to a blizzard and people start disappearing. And it's not long before Jake realizes that the killer he thought was gone, may not be so dead after all.
