Description

Have you ever wanted to run from the tension of your creative process? Have you ever wanted to hide from your failures--sweep them under the rug or just AVOID the risk of failing altogether? Have you ever, ever, ever dealt with imposter syndrome and the either/or paradigm that can leave a person feel totally STUCK and frozen in the face of the "Send", "Post", "Share" buttons that appear in the daily lives of creatives all over the world? If you resonate with any of these things, then this might be an intriguing episode for you.

Emily Hoffman is a certified AAIT practitioner who seeks to help people neutralize their relationship to the daily tensions that keep them from being their true selves in the world. Emily Hoffman is a Visual Storyteller, Graphic Designer, and Mental Health Coach specializing in a healing modality called Acceptance and Integration Training® (AAIT™). Problem-solving, generating ideas, and collaborating with others takes her to her happy place. In her spare time, she loves to play piano, learn languages, and roam the hills of East Tennessee.

You can find her work at www.vaiavanti.space.
